Cancellation Policy Customers can cancel their orders by contacting the Celebs Tea Co. helpline without any cancellation fee with no questions asked. If you are displeased with the products/services provided, we will cancel the order / replace the products / refund the money (as per your requirement), provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation. Requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the products. Requests received later than that shall not be entertained.
