SECTION 14 PARTICIPATION OF BRAND AMBASSADORS Our Brand Ambassador program is for an experience purpose only. We will, in no way be liable to pay any compensation (apart from the referral sales commission) to any of our Brand Ambassadors / Influencers / Affiliates related to this program. The Brand Ambassadors will share their photos and videos through WhatsApp / Email and directly upload on the portal at their own will / risk for their self branding on the tea packs. We will use the pictures and videos of our brand ambassadors on our website and social platforms for their (Brand Ambassadors) branding purpose. Our Brand Ambassador participate on our referral program, monetize their celebs page in order to make referral commission. It is also understood that the customers, retailers, wholesalers and channel partners order that comes through the brand ambassadors page (Celebs Page) is processed with the branding of the respective ambassadors (i.e. Ambassadors image will be printed on the product label) and the respective commission (as mentioned in the brand ambassador dashboard) will get credited in the ambassadors account. The Brand Ambassadors can cancel their account any time by sending an email at hello@celebstea.com through their registered email ID only. The same would be canceled within 5 working days. Kindly go through the details of our referral / ambassadors / affiliate / influencers program. It may also be noted that we do not engage any agencies and do not charge any fee from any of our Brand Ambassadors to get associated with the company. We will not be held responsible for any payments made by Brand Ambassadors to any Third Party/ Agents claiming to be consultants/ business associates of Celebs Tea Co. We will not be responsible if any photos or videos of the Brand Ambassadors are downloaded and misused by hackers / anti social bodies and hence we would not liable to pay any compensation in any manner. SECTION 15 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Celebs Tea Co and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
