A Second Flush gem, this green tea was harvested from the Giddapahar Tea Estate in the Darjeeling region. Note the crisp aroma of freshly mown hay and summer sweet asparagus. As you indulge in the dark yellow brew, enjoy the green apple highlights interwoven with strains of honeydew. The versatility of this “Delight” allows it to be enjoyed throughout the day, and pairs beautifully with grilled fish. Brewing temperature: 180 F / 82 C. Brewing time: 2 minutes
